Phospho peptides are essential tools to study phosphorylation by protein
kinases in many eukaryotic cellular processes.
The specificity of the post-translational phosphorylation is critical in
this kind of research.
Multiple
Phospho Peptides
Since there are three possible amino acids for phosphorylation; Tyr, Thr,
and Ser, it is essential to prepare peptides with a phosphate group at a
specific site, as well as peptides with more than one phosphate group at defined
amino acids.
