    Peptide Synthesis

    A full range of services is available: from milligram to gram scale, from crude to >98% pure. All purified peptides are delivered with HPLC trace and Mass Spectrum to ensure their quality. Our proprietary synthesizers of multiple reaction vessels, various synthesis scales, and flexible chemistry protocol produce high quality peptides with fast turn around time. Peptides are freeze-dried to get fluffy powder for easier reconstitution. A five-day express service is also available if you need peptides urgently.

N13/C15 isotope labeled Peptides

Two major isotopes - N15 and C13 - are implanted in a specific amino acid of peptides.  Each atom contains over 99% enriched isotope and it can be at more than one position in peptide.

MAP Peptides

    Peptides are attached through C-terminal to a core matrix of either 4 or 8 branching Lysine. The loading coupling are carefully monitored. Multiple antigenic peptides, consisting of highly localized peptide density and high molecular weight, are suitable for immunizing without conjugation to a carrier protein.

   Peptide Library

    We provide the service of synthesis of combinatorial libraries of amino acids or other chemical units. The variety of resins, linkers and coupling methods provide a wide range of services. The libraries can be cleaved from solid support. It also can be stayed on solid support with a defined linker.

    Modified Peptides

    We offer various modified peptides, such as biotinylated peptides, phosphorylated peptides, dansylated peptides, peptide alcohols, peptide esters, peptide hydrazides are available. Different synthetic strategies are designed depending on peptide sequences to fit your specifications.

Antigenicity Prediction

You may e-mail us your protein sequences.  We will send you a graphic scale of antigenicity with our comments and make some suggestions of sequences to use as antigens for antibody production.  

Conjugation

    Carrier proteins, such as BSA, KLH or others, are activated by either homo- or hetero-bifunctional linkers. The activated proteins are purified right before conjugation to the peptides to ensure high conjugation efficiency. The resulting mixture is dialysized and lyophilized to get a final product. Our staff of scientists are happy to discuss available conjugation methods, linkers, and other factors with you to meet your specific needs.

    Antibody

    Princeton BioMolecules provides a range of full services: including peptide synthesis, conjugation, and antiserum production using customer¡¯s or our standard 10 weeks immunization protocol. In general, two NZW female rabbits will produce 80-100 ml total serum with prebleed, two production bleeds and terminate bleed.  We also provide you information on antigenicity, solubility and related areas for design of peptide sequences.
